Brand Marketing and Communications Director at BairesDev We are looking for a Brand Marketing and Communications Director to join our Marketing team. This professional will be responsible for developing the overall brand and communications strategy and directing the execution of highly effective marketing plans through a deep understanding of our target market, which in turn, achieves profit and maximizes the brand's long-term potential. What You Will Do: Lead and coordinate the Brand Development, Brand Communications, Client Experience Marketing, Internal Marketing, and Employer Branding teams, as well as aid and enable the Sales and Client Services teams in their efforts to acquire new clients and generate new business opportunities from existing ones. Lead our external communications team to produce high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition. Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market, design a research-based brand strategy, and anticipate consumer trends, keeping the brand up to date by developing consistent pilot brand initiatives. Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful brand strategies, ensuring the development and maintenance of the brand messaging and visual elements. Guide the creative department in the development of content and materials which include websites, press releases, newsletters, presentations, events, all manners of collateral, and other tools, ensuring appropriate messaging and brand strategy are effectively executed. Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to overcome with developing brand identity. Guide the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at communicating the brand message. Champion the communication of our brand, align the company around foundational concepts, increase brand awareness, and build a market position. Influence, develop, communicate and commit to the organization's vision, goals and strategies and translate them into action plans. Here's what we are looking for: Proven work experience as a Brand Development and Communications marketing director, with a strong understanding of how current digital marketing channels work. Proven experience in the design and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns - experience in B2B service marketing is a plus. Experience in managing a large high-performance team. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices. A versatile, highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented individual, experienced in networking and influencing decision-makers. Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Advanced English level.
