Website Project Manager

This position will be responsible for the web production, strategy, project management, review, and publishing of international websites. Will work closely with the Country Marketing Managers, US Web Producers, and our outside web production agency to ensure that updates are smooth and meet all stakeholder expectations and schedules.We are looking for the right person who loves web production, the art of project management, thrives on executing great work and has the experience to provide marketing and web best practice guidance and recommendations.Important information:This is a remote position for anyone living in Colombia.Candidate must speak/write fluently English and Portuguese, besides spanish.Key elements of the role:• Manage end-to-end web production using our Content Management System of 13 international websites.• Own each country strategy roadmap of web improvements.• Go-to contact for international content updates.• Hands-on QA review and publishing of product, partner and shop content and assets via Content Management System.• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design assets, content, web development, and other deliverables meet site specifications and are publish ready.• Work with the international project manager to ensure content is delivered on time and communicates that there are tradeoffs when deadlines are missed.• Monitor the translations process and work with the translations team and the Country Marketing Manager to ensure quality content localization.• QA web page functionality, analytics tagging, translations, and merchandising offers updated by our outside production agency.• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and intense, results oriented environment.• Coordinate updates with Web Producers and Country Marketing Managers regarding global launches and seasonal updates• Help evaluate 3rd party tools and services for International marketsQualifications• 3+ years of international web production experience using Content Management System and other tools is required.• 3+ years working in a direct to consumer or online services company is required.• Knowledge of eCommerce is a plus• Solid project management in a cross-functional capacity.• BA/BS degree.• Experience working with project management software like Jira and Asana.• Strong understanding of Web UX,production, and best practices.• Comfort working with content in multiple languages.• Ability to both collaborate on a team and work independently.• Fluent in English and Portuguese is a MUST
