For this roles, you will closely work with your Manager to ensure the streamline of administrative processes and tasks from other departments for our premium partner.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and can use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses in communication administrative processes, providing feedback to the team to drive improvement.? Requirements:• Education: Graduates from in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or any related fields.
Experience: 1 or 2 years of experience on any of the following positions in the Call Center Industry (BPO) : Quality Assurance/Quality Control for calls, chat, etc Sales Operations Ticketing Support (Client contract modifications, quotes, client relations) Billing and Payments Analyst Workforce Management Analyst ? Administrative Assistant Order Processing Specialist Financial Services Backoffice High level of English (Fluency - Advanced C1) Strong computer skills, including knowledge of QA databases, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Google Drive, etc.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with performance data.
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability.? Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
Experience with ticketing systems and CRM tools is desirable.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with any CRM tools (preferably Salesforce but can have experience with others) and proficiency in Excel or Business Intelligence software.
Analytical Mindset: Good ability to interpret data, spot trends, and present clear insights.
? Communication Skills: Good communication skills written and verbal, we accept English levels on C1 or B2 to collaborate effectively with teams.
