Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager also known as Order & Governance Manager who is going to lead our Deal Desk team with a focus on order governance. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our order processing and revenue recognition activities, while driving strategic improvements across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Order Governance Leadership : Manage and oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring all orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and customer-facing teams to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies swiftly. Data Integrity Oversight : Ensure the accuracy of order data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) systems, maintaining top-tier data quality and consistency. Regulatory Compliance : Drive adherence to internal controls, compliance policies, and ASC 606 regulations across all order processing activities. Strategic Reporting & Insights : Oversee the generation and analysis of order-related reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on data trends. Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements within the quotation and order governance processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in order management, revenue operations, or a related accounting role, with 2+ years in a leadership/management capacity , preferably in a SaaS environment. Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, and NetSuite. Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes and revenue recognition principles. Proven ability to manage teams and work effectively in a high-velocity, dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
