Your role involves a combination of independent prospecting, team collaboration, and leveraging internal resources to achieve success.Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, spearheading growth and retention efforts to drive land-and-expand strategies.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs, to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.Proactively manage the sales pipeline, accepting, progressing, and enthusiastically closing leads while maintaining accurate reporting and account tracking in Salesforce.Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio.Conduct executive-level discussions to expertly articulate the value of Kaseya's solutions, address objections, and secure commitments to next steps.Develop in-depth Subject Matter Expertise in Kaseya's offerings and stay updated on competitor products and industry trends to provide exceptional client consultations.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, engineers, and product specialists, to deliver value and exceed client expectations.Leverage live video conferencing, personalized video communication, and demonstrations to engage clients and enhance their experience.Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene, accurately forecast opportunities, and participate in account reviews with management and support teams.Deliver a professional client experience by ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process, including formal meeting agendas, follow-ups, and issue resolution.Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns and initiatives to drive additional opportunities and achieve organizational objectives.Requirements:3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role, with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.Comfortable prospecting leads and engaging in proactive outreach, including cold calling.High energy, driven, and passionate about sales, customer success, and achieving results.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable business growth.Strong accountability to goals, with a results-oriented mindset focused on metrics and KPIs.Motivated, coachable, and competitive, with a resilient and goal-driven approach to success.Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.Familiarity with CRM applications like Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts efficiently.
