Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will lead a team of QA professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our QA practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure product quality and reliability. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive QA processes for both manual and automated testing. Collaborate with engineering teams to define quality standards and testing requirements. Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to continuously improve product quality. Identify project risks related to quality, define mitigation plans, and drive timely resolution. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Lead resource planning and allocation to ensure effective project delivery within timelines and budgets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes and practices. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing and QA management. 5+ years of experience in leading and managing QA teams. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automated testing practices. Deep experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Experience with SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), ISTQB Advanced Level, or Six Sigma are a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of performance testing, security testing, and usability testing. Experience in managing QA for large-scale, complex projects or products. Experience in testing Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
