Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business objectives and enhance user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Salesforce solutions, aligning with business goals. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and specifications. Project Management: Lead product development from concept through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Salesforce ecosystem. User Experience: Advocate for user-centric design, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet the needs of end-users and provide a seamless experience. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Product Manager) are a plus.
