The people who thrive here are those who go the extra mile for our customers and for their own career growth and financial future.As a Manager of Salesforce Engineering in Medellin Office , you need to have a strong technical background in Salesforce, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Provide technical guidance and expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems.Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring the platform supports the company's growth and scalability.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices.Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform for efficiency, performance, and user experience.Ensure Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control are maintained.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the platform and processes.Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.Provide strategic insights and recommendations on how Salesforce can be leveraged to support growth and efficiency. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering.2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within Salesforce development.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce integrations, and data migration.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud.Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other technologies.Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Gearset.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions.Desired Salesforce Certifications:Salesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce CPQSalesforce Sales CloudPreferred Qualifications:Additional Certifications Considered:Salesforce Platform Developer IISalesforce Java Script Developer ISalesforce Experience CloudExperience with data migration and ETL tools.Benefits:Get to work for Real Competitive salary in US DollarsContinuous Training and mentoringGet to work for an International CompanyDon't hesitate, this is your opportunity.
