As the Manager of Recruitment and HR , you will play a key role in driving the full-cycle hiring process for the Medellín office. You will manage a team of recruiters and ensure recruitment strategies align with the company's growth goals. You will be responsible for providing insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies to meet recruitment objectives. This role is essential in hiring top talent, particularly in IT, and in shaping recruitment outcomes for the region. Key Responsibilities Lead: Manage, mentor, and develop a recruitment team, ensuring optimal performance and continuous development. Strategize: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a primary focus on IT roles and senior-level positions. Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure successful and timely hires. Analyze: Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and use data to refine recruitment processes, boosting efficiency and effectiveness. Hands-On: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for a variety of mid and senior-level positions, including complex technical roles as necessary. Advise: Provide insights and actionable recommendations to the Operations Director to ensure hiring targets are met. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in Recruitment and HR, with extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles. A minimum of 5 years focusing on IT and technical positions within Medellín is essential. Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams of 20+ members, with expertise in handling high-volume recruitment. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. IT Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and the technical skills required for IT roles.
