As a Manager of order/quotes/deal desk (for Sales Operations) , you will be responsible for managing functions and a team essential to sales force productivity for high-velocity, high-growth SaaS products. These include quote support management, product provisioning, opportunity/pipeline analytics ensuring revenue assurance and financial compliance. This role is responsible for overall productivity effectiveness of the SalesOps flow, providing guidance and strategic leadership, as well as optimizing key workflows to remove friction from the sales process. This role will lead the team that serves as a gatekeeper supporting sales team members with guidance on deal structure, pricing, and commercial terms escalating issues to Sales and Executive Leadership Teams as needed. Responsibilities Provide dedicated support to sales teams with deal flow operations, ensuring smooth processes throughout all stages. Collaborate with sales teams to create detailed, accurate quotations, utilizing a range of pricing models and working on the best deal structures. Oversee the timely booking of contracts and ensure accurate order creation. Ensure all contracts are processed in line with the company's financial guidelines and compliance standards. Work closely with business operations and finance teams to interpret complex transactions, prepare documentation for audits, and analyze deal metrics to assess recurring revenue and total contract value. Experience And Skills Required 3+ years of experience managing order/quote management, and/or deal desk team in an environment of over 5,000 transactions a month. 3+ years of experience training Sales Operations and Sales teams on quoting and order management processes. 2+ years of experience hiring and managing teams. 3+ years of experience leading cross-company CRM and systems integrations. Strong Technical aptitude with CRM, ERP, and Office suite, Salesforce.com, preferably strong knowledge of SalesForce CPQ, NetSuite, Jira, Zendesk, Microsoft Office 365. Advanced reporting skills in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Experience in a cross-functional role interacting with all departments at all levels of the organization. Understanding of financial compliance rules ASC606 and SOX404. Sound Business / Commercial Acumen is a must. Ability to take on tasks, problem solve, and work to completion with a pro-active approach in a very fluid environment.
