We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deal Desk Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the SaaS industry, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Deal Structuring and Analysis: Lead complex deal structuring, analysis, and approval, ensuring alignment with company goals and pricing strategies.Pricing Strategy: Create and implement pricing models that support company objectives while staying competitive.Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to guide deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms, ensuring profitability and compliance.Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and execution, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems for better efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales for smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.Reporting and Analysis: Track and report daily metrics on sales flow, profitability, and customer experience.Managing and Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of deal desk analysts.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or finance role within a high-velocity SaaS company.Proven track record of leading and managing deal desk teams and processes or related experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities.Proficiency in CRM and deal management tools, such as Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and revenue recognition principles.Meticulous attention to detail in deal structuring, pricing, and contract management to ensure accuracy and compliance.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide sales team members toward achieving their goals.Strong customer-centric approach, ensuring that deals are structured to meet customer needs while aligning with company objectives.Ability to think strategically and develop pricing and deal strategies that support long-term company goalsBenefits:Get to work for Real Competitive salary in US DollarsContinuous Training and mentoringGet to work for an International CompanyDon't hesitate, this is your opportunity.
