Key Responsibilities Deal Structuring & Analysis: Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex deals, ensuring they align with company goals and pricing strategies. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing models and strategies that support the company's objectives while maintaining competitiveness in the market. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contractual terms. Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve deal desk processes, tools, and systems. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales. Reporting & Analysis: Create KPIs and report on daily metrics focused on sales flow efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. Managing & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of deal desk analysts. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years of experience in a deal desk, sales operations, or finance role within a high-velocity SaaS company. Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing deal desk teams. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. CRM & Tools: Proficiency in CRM and deal management tools, such as Salesforce, and advanced Excel skills. SaaS Metrics: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, financial modeling, and revenue recognition principles. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in deal structuring, pricing, and contract management. Mentorship: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide sales team members. Customer-Centric: Strong customer-centric approach.
