Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce implementations. Development: Architect and build scalable, high-performing solutions using Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). Integration: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other internal and external systems. Documentation: Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture and design documentation. Deployment: Oversee the implementation and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability. Platform Efficiency: Lead efforts to enhance platform efficiency, including user experience improvements, performance optimization, and system upgrades. Code Reviews: Enforce coding standards and best practices across the team, ensuring efficient, reusable, and scalable code. DevOps & CI/CD: Drive the adoption of Salesforce development lifecycle tools and processes such as DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing. Customization: Customize Salesforce solutions using point-and-click tools as well as programmatic development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL). Configuration: Configure standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes. Support: Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in the organization's Salesforce environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, & implementation, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, & Flows. Leadership: 3+ years of prior experience in a Lead Role. Salesforce Technologies: Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Web Services: Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST web services. Salesforce Clouds: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & CPQ Cloud. Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. System Integrations: Proven experience in leading Salesforce projects, architecture design, and system integrations. Middleware: Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware platforms. DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
