As Head of Recruitment and HR, you will directly report to the Roca Alliances Operations Director and work in the full cycle hiring process with the recruitment team.
You will provide reports and insights about the region and recruiting outcomes, as well as elevate recommendations of action items to the Roca Alliances Operations Director to achieve the hiring goals for the Medellin office.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Lead: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and development.
2.
Strategize: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions, with a focus on IT roles.
3.
Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure successful hires.
4.
Analyze: Track recruitment metrics and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5.
Hands-On: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all types of Mid and Senior positions and complex IT positions as needed.
Requirements 1.
Experience: 7+ years in Recruitment and HR, with experience in the full cycle recruiting/hiring process for all types of positions and at least 5 years of experience focused on IT and technical roles within Medellin.
2.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring processes, with more than 20 recruiters under management.
3.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
4.
IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and understanding of technical skills required for IT positions.
5.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
