Coaches, counsels and trains department personnel.
Collects data and prepares routine reports for management.
Prepares budget recommendations.
Implements cost controls to ensure budget parameters are not exceeded.
Monitors unit activities for compliance to business procedures and workflows.
Surveys the customer base to measure customer satisfaction relating to the sales process, product pricing, quality and support.
Advises management of changing needs of customer base and recommends process changes to accommodate customer requirements.
Responds to and resolves complex customer complaints.
Assists in the development of business objectives, policies, and procedures.
Delegates and supervises work assignments to warehouse personnel ensuring continuous and efficient workflow.Schedules all routine required service on company equipment.Arranges for general warehouse upkeep including plumbing and electrical repairs, basic carpentry, painting and other needed maintenance.
Conducts periodic inventory of warehouse items.
Reconciles discrepancies and ensures that all items are stored safely in appropriate locations.
Works with other relevant departments to coordinate flow of materials or products and for planning purposes.
Develops and enforces procedures for the safe storage and movement of material in and out of the warehouse.
Enforces all safety and environmental regulations.
Compiles data and prepares productivity reports for management.
Provides input to department budget and adheres to cost controls.
Addresses and resolves issues related to customer satisfaction, logistics, quality and other factors related to warehouse operations.In the other hand he/she is responsible for the point of contact for the DPSBussiness in all issues related with the DPSBussiness.What will you need to be successful?Universidad / licenciatura o equivalente, preferiblemente instrumentador quirúrgico.6 to 8 yearsLogistic Experience or equivalentTechnical Skills: MS Office, SAP, CIC.Team ManagementIdioma: (English and Spanish).You.
