As a Warehouse Analyst within the PCG LAS Services Supply Chain organization, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the administration of service warehouses in the LAS region. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies (shortages/excess). Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with service needs. Manage relationships and performance with warehouse vendors. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations. Track purchase order fulfillment to guarantee timely availability of parts. Validate and process parts requests to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Drive alignment and standardization of end-to-end (E2E) processes across multiple warehouse locations. Excess/Obsolete Inventory Management: Collaborate with local brokers to manage the final disposition of excess and obsolete parts. Facilitate sales or disposal of inventory to optimize storage and reduce waste. Parts Request Handling: Receive, validate, and process parts requests from internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain operations, or inventory control. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellent communication and vendor management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of inventory optimization and process improvement strategies. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with service supply chain processes in the LAS region.
