Job Title: VP of Demand Gen Join Flxpoint as the VP of Demand Gen where you will strategically lead our marketing efforts across all channels.

What Youll Do: Oversee and expand all marketing operations, setting and achieving strategic objectives aligned with business goals.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that effectively generate demand and foster sustainable growth of marketing qualified leads and conversions.
Lead content strategy creation and execution, ensuring all content is customer-centric and strategically distributed.
Design and optimize high-converting landing pages, create compelling ad copy, and manage paid ad funnels across platforms like Google Search, Meta, and YouTube.
Manage partner marketing campaigns, influencer relationships, and direct a team to achieve exceptional marketing outcomes.
Utilize analytics to drive decisions and improve campaign performance continuously.
Requirements: C2 Level English.
7+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing.
5+ years of experience in B2B tech environment.
3+ years of experience with the USA market.
3+ Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub.
3+ Experience with Google Analytics and Revenue Attribution.
3+ Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads.
Proven track record in content strategy, campaign management, and achieving significant ROI through innovative marketing strategies.
Experience creating a successful partner or affiliate program.
Experience in Testing Display and Retargeting Ads.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams and developing marketing professionals.
Excellent analytical abilities to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
