TaskUs Job Description - VP, Global Accounts What can you expect in a "VP, Global Accounts" role with TaskUs: As the Vice President of Global Operations, you will drive operational consistency and performance for many of our largest clients. You will concentrate on operational alignment and uniformity, and you will be accountable for the operational governance for key clients within the Global Accounts portfolio. You must demonstrate a commitment to excellence and work well with Senior Leadership. You are expected to have a passion for success, and a proven record of successful data analysis and planning. As a Vice President of Global Operations, you will: Focus on legacy or new clients in the company's portfolio. Establish an operational governance model to ensure efficiency, uniformity, and consistency across all geographies. Drive operational consistency and performance for the client/s. Closely develop guidelines for performance evaluations, career advancement, and redeployment. Partner with leadership to maintain an efficient team structure and performance, using analytics, processes, and tools. Maximize client engagements and work with your leadership team to develop plans to meet the future needs of the sites. Maintain profit margins and develop internal control systems to ensure accountability. Requirements: 8+ years in a senior leadership role of a large business managing multiple sites and geographies, BPO experience strongly preferred. Demonstrate financial management and budgeting skills. Make sound business decisions based on data and statistics. Ability to leverage the use of latest technology to enhance the growth of your team. Possess a "people first" leadership style with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
