A Virtual Patient Care Coordinator assists patients by answering phone calls, text messages and virtual video calls to answer their questions about physiotherapy, check in for appointments and collect payment. They may also assist clinicians in other administrative tasks to assure patients complete their care appropriately. This person will receive training in technology platforms as well as how American healthcare and health insurance works.
