Our dynamic and growing accounting firm is seeking a dedicated Virtual Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to support our CEO and help manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and team operations. About Us: We are committed to providing top-notch financial services to our clients, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results. What You'll Do: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare documents. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies. Coordinate and manage sales leads, follow-ups, and client communications. Provide high-level administrative support, including handling confidential information. Monitor the progress of various tasks and projects across the firm. What We Offer: A fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Opportunities to build value-based relationships. A chance to make a significant impact in the accounting industry. Schedule: · Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. CST · The shift would be 45h a week. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar administrative role (5 years minimum). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
