Virtual Customer Service Rep (English)

We are interested in individuals who have a high attention to detail and can communicate well on the phone. You will be working in both English and Spanish, taking calls and making notes in the ticketing system in English. Training on the company's products, services, and processes will be provided. Job Responsibilities: Resolve customer service calls and emails Make proper notes in the ticketing system Requirements C1 or higher English (written and verbal) Can follow a process and meet targets Prior experience in customer service Preferred Requirements: C2 English with CEFR / EFSET certification Valuable experience in high demand industries Training and coaching Why RPM?
