The ideal candidate will be experienced, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to handle calls from a diverse range of contacts, including clients, potential clients, lenders, Subcontractors and appraisers.
Working within Central Time Zone hours, this role requires flexibility for possible extended hours (e.g., 8 AM to 6 PM).
Duties and Responsibilities: Answer calls from clients, potential clients, and other professionals, ensuring a professional and helpful experience, following a script of information needed or transferring calls direct to staff when necessary.
Document and relay detailed messages to the appropriate team members for timely follow-up via email or by texting directly to team.
A list of staff with responsibilities will be provided that will be referenced prior to sending out messages.
Reaching out to Operations or Accounting Teams when questions arise Assist Spanish -speaking callers to provide a positive experience and ensure accurate message relay.
Qualifications: Prior experience in a virtual assistant, receptionist, or customer service role.
Familiarity with using VoIP systems (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and working remotely.
Reliable internet connection and suitable devices for uninterrupted communication.
Proficient with messaging and VoIP platforms for efficient call management.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (Spanish not required, however is encouraged), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
