At (YM)COUTURE, we are seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant with a background in HR or marketing to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining calendars.
Assist with client and internal communications, ensuring timely responses and professional follow-ups.
Coordinate projects and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are tracked.
Manage and organise digital files, including HR or marketing materials, internal documentation, and reports.
Support with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
Assist with marketing tasks, including research, content preparation, and social media management.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use.
Qualifications: Must have a degree or formal education in HR, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably in HR, marketing, or the fashion industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools (experience with HR or marketing software is a plus).
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred: Familiarity with HR processes or marketing strategies.
Experience in a fast-paced business environment, particularly in fashion or related industries.
