Address any concerns or questions they may have and strive to exceed their expectations.Content Scheduling: Collaborate with clients to schedule postings and coordinate with our content team to ensure smooth execution of content distribution.Data Management: Maintain organized records of all communications, sponsored content agreements, and key details in a well-structured manner.Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure that content postings are completed successfully and meet the clients' requirements.Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the email handling process to streamline communications, optimize internally processes, and enhance client satisfaction.Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information related to clients, partners, and the company.Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
