This role is crucial in enhancing our customer experience by greeting visitors via video at our headquarters while efficiently managing various administrative tasks during downtime. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and clients via video conferencing with a warm and professional demeanor. - Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed. - Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks during slower periods. - Maintain a positive and welcoming virtual environment. - Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars. - Perform data entry and manage documents as required. - Collaborate with various teams to streamline administrative processes. Qualifications: - Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). - Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and other office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
