ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing them to our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your role will be crucial in initiating and building client relationships, helping our team to focus on closing deals and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, engaging them and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
- Lead Qualification: Identify qualified leads based on interest, business needs, and potential alignment with Monstertask's services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Use scheduling tools to organize appointments and coordinate between clients and the sales team.
- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls and email outreach to ensure scheduled appointments and maintain engagement.
- Database Management: Update CRM records and maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and scheduling.
- Communication: Clearly convey Monstertask's value proposition and answer preliminary questions about our services.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably with appointment-setting responsibilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a confident, engaging phone presence.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage scheduling and record-keeping effectively, maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales Mindset: A results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting targets and supporting the sales team.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and scheduling software.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and be proactive in reaching out to leads.

- Experience in eCommerce, eLearning, or Real Estate industries
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
