????? Position : Virtual Assistant/CRM Manager Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST Salary Range : 1000-2000 USD About the job: As the Virtual Assistant/CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our CRM contact data in ZOHO .
You will assist with adding new contacts, updating existing ones, segmenting and creating lists, generating reports, and supporting personalized outreach initiatives.
You will also help identify relevant news articles for content creation and manage outreach efforts using the CRM.
Duties and Responsibilities: CRM Management: Take ownership of the CRM contact data, ensuring accuracy and organization Add and update contact information in ZOHO Segment and create lists for targeted outreach Generate reports on contact data and outreach effectiveness Outreach and Content Creation: Assist in minimal outreach efforts using the CRM Check designated news sites daily for new announcements related to building sales or developments Extract and compile key information from articles, including: Buyer Seller Property Address Property Details (e.g., number of units, square footage) Research projects online to find and send 3-4 renderings or pictures for content use Administrative Support: Organize and maintain CRM data effectively Perform data entry tasks and assist with list extraction as needed Communicate findings and insights through weekly emails to the supervisor Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM management, specifically with ZOHO HubSpot experience is a MUST Proven experience in data entry and organizing information effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in extracting and summarizing information from news articles Familiarity with social media content creation is a plus
