Position Overview Client is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support our Sales Manager and enhance our operational efficiency.
This remote, full-time role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a critical thinker, and capable of taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage email communication, client relationships, task coordination, and scheduling to ensure seamless daily operations.
Social Media Assistance: Post content, monitor engagement, and assist with the execution of social media strategies.
Data Management: Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records.
Research Tasks: Conduct in-depth research on projects, market trends, and sales initiatives to support decision-making.
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Sales Manager.
Client Support: Handle client inquiries and maintain organized records of interactions.
Project Coordination: Track project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide timely updates.
Qualifications Required: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting a sales or marketing team.
Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Google Meet).
Basic knowledge of social media management and engagement best practices.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and adapt to challenges.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools or customer relationship management software.
Experience with content creation tools like Canva.
Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
