This includes agent and support hiring for 18,000 positions annually.
This role must operate in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment with managing various strategic and tactical tasks on a daily basis.Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)Oversees and directs the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
This includes developing recruiting strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective mannerFull department responsibility including all aspects of leading a shared services function Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling in partnership with marketingResponsible for vendor management for suppliers engaged with Talent AcquisitionCreates processes to accelerate the speed to hire while maximizing hiring qualityOversees a team of managers with sourcing specialists, recruiters, interviewers, and administrative staff within the recruiting team.
This involves training employees and setting recruiting goals, as well as implementing guidelines to ensure hiring strategies to align with the organization's policies and objectives.
Team members reside in the US, Guatemala, Bogota, and the Philippines with the majority of the staff located in Manila.
Provide valuable insight on growing industry trends regarding jobs, salaries, and other topics related to human resources.
Often work with compensation and job development personnel to assist in job analysis, development of salary ranges, and employee retention.Financial Budgets - Working with other executives in the organization, the VP plans for short and long-term staffing needs by creating and maintaining a fiscal recruiting budget.
