Job Title: Vice President of Development for Hope Carriers We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development efforts of our foundation. As Vice President of Development, you will be responsible for overseeing property management, construction projects, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Strategic planning and implementation of development initiatives Management of properties and real estate assets Leadership of construction and infrastructure projects Reporting to the international Board of Directors Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, civil engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, construction, or a related field Strong understanding of business administration, finances, and project management Excellent leadership skills and analytical abilities Fluent English language proficiency Ability to manage a small team and travel within Colombia as needed Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year This position requires a strong leader with excellent business and project management skills.
