Join our Compliance and Government Relations team as a Vice President of Government Relations ! Key to this role, the VP of Government Relations will develop strategies to secure governmental approvals for AMAROK's installations, manage state and local legislative advocacy efforts to support AMAROK's solutions and foster a healthy network of consultants and trade associations to support the main objectives of the Compliance and Government Relations teams. Key Responsibilities Advocate for the company's positions before local and state government agencies through various channels to include but not limited to providing oversight and leadership to team members, consultants, and lobbyists, while also engaging directly through personal efforts and activities. Analyze state legislative proposals and local ordinance activities; advise on needed amendments. Monitor and track potential legislative proposals that could have impact on the company's operations and interests. Coordinate public policy advocacy efforts with trade associations and other key stakeholders to align strategies and help advance the company's interest. Facilitate the company's compliance with applicable regulatory requirements by monitoring changes, implementing policies, and providing guidance to internal teams. Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring alignment with financial goals and timelines. Collaborate closely with the executive team to align policy messaging with company objectives and drive strategic goals. Manage and provide leadership to AMAROK's Government Relations Directors and Director of Compliance; ensure alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory priorities. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, and geographical location.
