Applicants must have a CPA and a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with at least 15 years of accounting experience. A minimum of 5 years in a public company and 5 years of Big 4 audit experience is required, with additional experience in biotech/life sciences and manufacturing. The role demands a leader with strong critical thinking, organizational, and execution skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
