In this role, you'll partner with the C-Suite to shape and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating departments. You'll lead and build a global marketing team, foster a culture of innovation, and oversee key communication channels. Your proactive insights will be essential for refining processes, messaging, and brand strategies, supporting sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Content Management: - Supervise the development, scheduling, and publication of content across multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.). - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing goals. - Organize content calendars to maintain consistent messaging and timely campaign execution. Lead Management: - Monitor and manage incoming leads from various marketing sources (paid, organic, referrals, events). - Facilitate the transition of leads from marketing to sales, ensuring prompt and accurate assignment. - Use CRM tools to segment, nurture, and optimize leads for better lead-to-customer conversion rates. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Tracking: - Track CAC metrics, identifying ways to reduce acquisition costs while enhancing marketing effectiveness. - Collaborate with finance to monitor marketing expenses, forecast budgets, and ensure campaign ROI goals are achieved. Pipeline Management: - Partner with the sales team to monitor the marketing pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the flow through the sales funnel. - Track lead progress through the pipeline, from initial engagement to conversion into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Lead Conversion to MQLs: - Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns to engage and qualify prospects based on established criteria. - Track engagement metrics (email opens, clicks, social interactions) and adjust strategies to boost conversion rates. - Use marketing automation tools for drip campaigns and workflows that drive lead nurturing and qualification. Campaign Execution and Optimization: - Assist in planning, executing, and fine-tuning marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and email initiatives. - Evaluate campaign performance (CTR, impressions, conversions) and provide insights for future improvements. - Work with external agencies and partners to manage paid media campaigns and optimize advertising budgets. Market Research and Competitor Insights: - Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies. - Identify potential market opportunities and areas to focus marketing efforts. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular marketing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth. - Analyze data to identify patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for enhancing marketing strategies. - Present findings to senior marketing and sales leaders. Brand Management: - Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone across all channels. - Work with internal teams to manage public relations, partnerships, and influencer relationships that boost brand visibility. --- Qualifications - Experience leading remote teams - 5+ years in US B2B marketing, ideally in the insurance industry - Proven ability to grow the leads pipeline - Must have experience in B2B messaging for SMBs in the USA - Hands-on approach and an inspirational entrepreneurial style Nice to Have - Familiarity with Zoho One or similar software - Background in insurance is a significant plus
