Position Description: Vendor Management Analyst will be responsible for: Leads together with the Vendor Manager the vendors' relationship. Ensures accurate monthly invoice validation and reconciliation process as well as monthly and quarterly accruals management. Supports the development of the Annual Forecast and purchase order creation processes. Follow-up to the project PO preparers and requesters to assure monthly invoice approval, accruals submission and PO closure. Presents accurate analysis to management. Performs data analysis to be able to provide insights and create action plans. Support initiatives related to automations, data analysis, reporting, efficiencies, etc. Education level required: A bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering. Years of Experience: 2 years of related experience in Procurement, Finance or administrative processes. Required knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills to work and effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, both locally (i.e., top management) and abroad. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. Excellent business partnering skills (team player). Prioritizes well and meets commitments in a deadline-driven environment. Coordinates activities to ensure their accurate and timely completion. Capacity to learn and accept additional responsibilities. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure.
