Job Description This role is a sales account executive position within our Visa Value-Added Service organization and growing Visa Acceptance Specialized Sales Andean team. This role will be responsible for sales hunting, strategic account planning, consultative and technical solutions selling, business development, pipeline management, and client success. The role will be for the execution of the card present and card not present VAS Acceptance business plan for the Andean countries, in coordination with other teams. This position is based at the Visa Office in Bogota and eventually requires domestic and international travel availability. Achieve sales, new deals, and implementation targets defined for the region. Identify, drive development, manage end-to-end sales process and close new businesses across Andean markets. Responsible for revenue generation while meeting the account strategic business objectives. Develop sales strategies, business cases, and financial models to achieve volume sales and revenue targets. Technical sales driven approach to connect Visa solutions to clients' needs for direct and indirect channels. Meet and exceed challenging quarterly and annual sales goals. Establish and expand relationships with the accounts at all levels. Actively contribute to the evolving business and product strategy. Work closely with our Visa Product Management and multiple cross-functional Visa teams to collaborate and maintain technical and functional knowledge of existing and new solutions. Detail oriented and disciplined, following a sales methodology to articulate the value proposition of our Acceptance Solutions. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Track record of successful sales and relationship management with proven ability to interact at the C level executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Extensive eCommerce and Card present, merchant and payments industries expertise, and a minimum of eight years business experience with related end-to-end sales management experience. Relevant bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred. Fluent in Spanish and English. Proven experience selling complex and technical products and services. Consultative selling skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a high level of success. Strong team player. Communicator. The candidate must have command of a typical set of productivity and communication tools including PowerPoint, data visualization, business intelligence, collaboration, and CRM.
