As a UX/UI Designer, you'll get to work on products that could help millions of people around the world, and collaborate with other passionate team members to bring the most delightful and useful services and apps to life. You should be comfortable with driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Responsibilities Design Medisend's large, complex mobile applications. Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth. Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. Work collaboratively with engineering and other teams on cutting edge technologies. Develop innovative solutions to problems. Minimum Requirements Completed 2 years of technology or business related BS program. Experience or interest in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. Experience in designing for mobile products and services. Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority. Experience in leadership, driving results in collaborative, cross-functional environments with little instruction or oversight. Ability to provide clear solutions to ambiguous problems. Passion for mobile technology and eagerness to help app developers building business. Excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.
