Position Overview: In this role, you will collaborate with fellow operations team members to understand user needs and create solutions to positively impact digital product development.
This is a hands-on role, supporting customers across disciplines to design studies that answer their critical research questions.
Key Responsibilities: ? Understand the company´s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and isolate the correct audiences for each ? Build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps, and other digital experiences, all with the journey of end users in mind ? Coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery ? Collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes Desired Skills & Qualifications: ? 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space ? Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys ? Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis ? Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creator screener questions for specific audience targeting ? Proficiency with Hubspot Service Hub or similar tools such as ZenDesk.
? Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required Note: Even though the role is 100% remote, candidate should be based in Mexico
