The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: UX Designer How a day to day would look like in this role: Lead user research and conduct interviews to understand needs and behaviors Create and maintain UX documentation (user flows, wireframes, prototypes) Develop information architecture and navigation maps Design intuitive interfaces based on usability principles, accessibility, and standard processes Collaborate with development and product teams on solution implementation Conduct usability testing and apply improvements based on feedback Contribute to the evolution of the design system What we need to see from you Profile: Professional or technologist in design, advertising, or related fields, with 2 years of experience in user interface design and the role of UX designer. Required skills: Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch) Knowledge of prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie) Familiarity with agile methodologies Basic understanding of HTML/CSS Experience with research and testing tools Knowledge in design frameworks such as Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, Design Sprint, Lean UX, Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) Benefits Direct and indefinite-term employment.
