About the Position As a User Experience (UX) Lead at Third Way Health, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for both medical providers and patients. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly solutions that align with our mission of improving patient access and satisfaction while supporting healthcare providers in their daily operations. This is an opportunity to drive UX strategy from the ground up and have a direct impact on healthcare delivery in practices nationwide. Responsibilities Drive the UX design process, from concept to execution, across our various engagement platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers/engineers, system administrators, operations/service teams, and commercial teams to create seamless, human-centered designs that improve patient and provider experiences. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with both patients and medical staff to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors. Translate complex healthcare experiences into simple, intuitive interfaces that increase patient engagement and reduce administrative tasks for healthcare providers. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and development teams. Help establish and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our platform. Required Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the healthcare, health tech, or related fields. Proven track record of designing user-centered products that solve complex problems and drive measurable business improvements. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
