In addition,the candidate will have a strong background and understanding of both Colombian and international urban environmental policy and planning practices.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified applicant to support and engage in challenging projects and tasks.- This role is based in Bogota, Colombia*- PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH*Minimum Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Urban Management, Urbanism or Environmental Engineering / Sciences required.- Master's degree in Urban Management or Planning, Environmental Planning, Urban Economics, Public Policy, Public Administration, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering / Sciences, Climate Change, Sustainable Development or related field required.- Minimum 5 years of experience in urban or environmental management, climate change and public policy, development or planning with significant project management experience.- Must possess excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels in English and Spanish required.- Knowledge of Colombia s urban and environmental management, climate change policy, development and regional planning sector as well as international practices in these areas.- Excellent command and experience with digital tools including ArcGis or QGis as well as familiarity with socioeconomic, quantitative and geospatial analysis.- Strong research, analytical and project management capabilities, outstanding sense of teamwork and responsibility, achievement and autonomy.Responsibilities (appears in job posting as Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following :- Coordinate and develop resilience and urban planning consulting studies and processes at a variety of scales.
