Required Education, Certifications, and Experience Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product-based environment. Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and high-quality design solutions. Tool Proficiency: Advanced skills in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Research Skills: Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions. Prototyping: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders.
