Job Summary We are looking for a Treasury and Collections Manager for Andina's (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela) Market at Tetra Pak. The position holder is responsible for implementing the cash and risk management strategies and coordinating their processes, also is responsible for credit granting and provide support to the Financial Director, including the consistent application of global and local credit policy, collections routine and the assessment of the creditworthiness of actual and potential customers. Business partner of Commercial sales team, supporting them to build a long-term customer relationship. Follow established procedures and guidelines to collect credit information, maintain accurate records, and collect overdue accounts to minimize outstanding debts; Investigate and analyze credit applications and follow-up on outstanding debts, with emphasis in analysis of days receivables outstanding (DSO), so that the organization is not exposed to unacceptable credit risk; driving and ensuring policy compliance and lead company related projects for Credit and Control and due receivables. You should provide treasury expertise within the Market to increase their knowledge in the process and support upcoming changes according to the financial strategies. What you will do As a Treasury & Collections Manager you will: Treasury Responsible for Cash Flow rolling 12-month forecast and control and accuracy and ensure the Market Company has enough cash to meet its daily needs. Dividend management, analysis, payment and controls. Management and control of local and international payments (including netting). Analyse and perform on treasury measures to assure company profitability and risk reduction Manage and control of the level of debt with third parties seeking to maximize lines of credit and cost reduction. Support all areas in order to develop business and strategies, define self or 3rd party solutions to finance customers Management of Balance Sheet exposure, structuring, evaluation and application of derivative operations Responsible for banks relationship (local, corporate and central banks) and control of bank accounts, negotiating best rates and conditions. Company credit card controls. Responsible for treasury operations and negotiations: Receivables Assignment, Loans, Hedges, ACC within TLI guidelines. Responsible for securing any needed exceptions. Always looking for opportunities to reduce financial costs Direct and constant action in supporting headquarters on all treasury matters and implementation of guidelines in the management of group's local capita. Drive projects to continuously improve operations and actions to optimize working capital employed Credit and collections Key Business Partner for sales management team. Driving credit risk management and supporting customer management and growth. Support sales team to maximize sales opportunities wherever possible while minimizing risks. Support sales team specially on CE deals and drives credit risk analysis on CE deals. Direct interaction with customers for financial terms and conditions negotiation, as well as debt recover and financial consulting for better customer management, especially for critical customers. Leads tight control over Customers financial risk. Timely identification of overdue (delinquent) accounts. Collection's Management including overdue analysis, bad debt provision and credit days management (DSO). Analyze and propose specific actions on past dues reduction related to services and spare parts. Propose and negotiate payment plans with Customers when necessary and above the Credit and Collection officers' autonomy. Contact customers regarding current and outstanding payments. Implement financial facilities to reduce customer's exposure, extending payment terms, within company guidelines and with proper approval, driven by cost reduction. Lead Andina's Credit Committee to make key decisions on customers credit standing. Preparation and validation of Net ST receivables and cash flow projection. Lead process and tools improvements, applying best practices, bringing more efficiency and compliance. Partner with other internal areas to ensure that credit and collection activities are aligned and support organization's customer relations strategy. We believe you have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Master's degree in BA, Finance or related fields is a plus. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. 8 years' work experience, minimum Solid experience leading treasury and or collections operations and teams; preferably in multinational companies (or companies with presence in multiple countries or with multiple legal entities). Proven experience managing relationships with banks and using bank tools Knowledge of derivative financial instruments, loans and investments. Experience with core finance tools: SAP (or similar ERP), Excel (pivots, macros), Power BI, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and managerial thinking, ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
