Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to ensure clients have the best possible travel experience.
Manage and coordinate travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and meet client expectations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel-related services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be bilingual.
Must reside and have work authorization in Colombia.
No previous experience necessary; all training is provided.
Must have a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
