As a Travel Agent within Chase Travel, you will be responsible for offering expert guidance on all customer travel inquiries, encompassing quotations, bookings, and post-travel assistance. Your primary objective will be to cultivate customer loyalty through superior service. You will be expected to proficiently use a variety of tools and systems employed by the agency, and you will have the chance to propose projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, efficiency, and customer service.
Job responsibilities
Analyze, plan, and organize all components of vacation trips, from the initial request to completion, for vacation clients.
Engage in projects suggested by your supervisor that aim to optimize operations and explore new business models.
Prepare and distribute client travel documents.
Participate in inspections of hotels and suppliers, and propose innovative experiences or new suppliers to the relevant department when required.
Comply with administrative processes, including billing and providing support for supplier payments.
Required qualifications:
Recent experience in similar roles, ideally in travel agencies.
Intermediate proficiency in English.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Familiarity with Sabre, Amadeus, or similar systems.
