The Job

The Profile


- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Expertise in logistics software, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in freight brokerage, knowledgeable about FTL and LTL shipments.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of freight broker regulations and laws.
- Experience with cold storage or refrigerated logistics is beneficial.
