We are looking for an experienced Training and Development Specialist to play an important role in the execution of a multi-year global transformation program. You will be a supportive hand for users to guide them through this change by running both training for our users. Through these interactions, the Training and Development Specialist stays informed about user needs in a detailed way, bringing those needs back to the team, QA-ing features and fixes, and overall being a positive and productive presence to help ensure staff are getting ever-increasing satisfaction and value from our CRM systems. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics and Innovation. You will help lead Training and Learning Development for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative. Work remote from Colombia. Your Responsibilities: You will need to understand existing team processes and training processes, and develop, track, and maintain a formalized training program for new users and users changing roles. You will build training programs to refresh and enhance system skills for existing users. You will need to understand the range of functionality in the CRM and create systems to monitor usage and identify gaps that might need extra training and support. You will work with 'super-users' in multiple departments to help understand and address training needs. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 5+ years of experience in adult education in technical programs. 5+ years of experience in training, with a focus on technical aspects. 1+ years of experience with Salesforce content management and relationship management. 1+ years of experience with technical product implementations or integrations.
