Job Overview: We are seeking a Trafficker - Ad Ops to design and execute digital media strategies in alignment with client objectives, particularly for new product launches. The role involves managing digital campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance, and providing data-driven recommendations. Strong collaboration with clients, data analysis, and reporting are essential. Qualifications 3 to 4 years' experience in Digital Media or Advertising field for Consumer Goods. Familiar with Google ads (including search/GDN/YouTube) or Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, or other digital media. Experience implementing, monitoring, and executing media campaigns. Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Working language - English (Mandarin or Spanish is preferred as a second working language). Responsibilities: Execute, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns. Manage end-to-end digital projects. Coordinate with clients to ensure campaign launch and deliver consistently with media plan. Implementation for digital advertising platforms. Suggest and implement campaigns across multiple channels and ad formats. Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve brand awareness, ad clicks, ad engagement, video views, ROI, and other KPIs.
