Being those trends driven but not limited by automation, artificial intelligence, cyber-attacks, complex and stringent regulations, government restrictions and globalization, our Trade organization is leading the efforts towards a culture of change, global alignment, and ongoing adaptation. Under such context, our goal is to progress our day-to-day communication model and improvement recommendations for our operational model that ensure alignment with strategic direction; integrates business processes between multiple organizations and coordination of business process changes and system solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design process flows and process documentation standards in cooperation with management and user personnel. Define, assess, design, and recommend process improvements and technology upgrades for implementation to meet business objectives. Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements through different re-engineering techniques. Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements. Work with management to identify business need requirements, processes, and risks. Contribute to and collaborate with trade operations projects (as needed) but not limited to: Footprint & Right Placement process analysis, migrations process review, capacity planning, cluster process mapping and process analysis with leverage to other on demand global initiatives. Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors. Development Value: Acquire good knowledge of our Trade business: Documentary Services, Trade Finance, Trade Working Capital Finance and/or related operational processes. Become a subject matter expert in business, planning and analysis for operations area supported within the financial trade industry. Get experience and other skill improvement by expecting a close collaboration with regional and local operation experts, external processing suppliers and project managers across our different products. Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: Financial Trade Services. Relevant work experience. Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Documentation and organization skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Desired: BPMN 2.0 tool, DocuSign, Lean Methodology, Smart Automation tools. Skills: Capable to see the big picture, understand the project objectives and be able to apply their understanding of how processes should work to operational improvement initiatives. Skills on developing, collecting and analyze data to support performance metrics. Business processing maps ("As Is" - "To Be") for further "what-if" dynamic scenario analysis within clear success factors. Ability to formally present and document analytical work and model, strategies, or processes in a simple and succinct manner. Highly analytical, self-motivated, and day-to-day process improvement inquisitive mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively interface with all level management and team members. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Tech-savvy collaborator. Able to adapt with ad hoc operational task requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Computing Science. Knowledge in Business Process Analysis.
