Trade Marketing Manager About the Role: Design the holistic trade marketing strategy across all channel segments and lead the team that executes the process to drive business growth by achieving the sales and profit objectives of the Andean Region through the implementation of trade plans according to the channel and type of customer, while building strong relationships with strategic customers. What You Will Do: Trade Marketing Plans: Deep understanding of customers/distributors and their segmentation. Activate various trade levers according to the client segmentation that can drive business growth while building strong and lasting relationships. Lead and execute the loyalty plan for select strategic end customers and distributors. Gather market insights. Sales Support: Single point of contact to enhance the customer understanding of Tork Brand, Strategic portfolio, Hero products and Sustainable Portfolio through trainings, sales support materials, customer catalogues, brochures, advertisements as well as digital sales tools (Distributor Portal). Build on Local Brand Engagement: Create and execute customer marketing campaigns (both offline and online) and programs that drive customer engagement, advocacy and sales development. Drive customer engagement through targeted programs or sales tools. Accompany loyalty programs to enhance customer experience. Budget Management: Responsible for the trade marketing budget relating to Tork. Ensure ROI and efficient allocation of resources for trade marketing investments. Team Worker: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Controlling) to deliver business targets. Who You Are: Professional in Management careers, preferably with emphasis in Marketing or Sales. Experience in follow-up and deployment of strategic business plans. Experience in assembling business cases. English: B2. Microsoft tools, intermediate Excel. Knowledge of SAP/BW. Communication skills, impact and influence, strategic vision and depth of analysis, leadership and high execution skills.
