This position manages all Segment brands within all different customers in the traditional channels for Colombia nationwide. This position uses knowledge of brand and customer strategies to develop and execute retailers programs that grow brand equity and sales for NWL and our customers. It is also responsible for tracking and optimizing programs over time. Responsibilities Plan, develop and track sell out activities within a commercial plan, managing Gross to Net and Promotions budget. Plan, execute and track channel marketing activities targeted to increase our brand presence and sales in traditional customers. Based on understanding customer environment and shopper, recommend coordinated strategies within and across Traditional which accelerate product's sell-in and sell-out. Provide channel perspective and needs as well as competitor understandings for setting and updating product pricing. Provide input and execute Traditional channel plan, overseeing the creation of promotional programming, such as retailer feature ads, catalog layouts, trade shows, and Retailers-specific marketing support materials. Maintain up to date information regarding customers and competitors which allow articulation of commercial plans with customers. Track and maintain appropriate cost center budget elements and communicate issues. Support new product launch activities with robust commercial plans. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Business oriented. 8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing in consumer industry and traditional channel. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Direct and perform analysis across a wide variety of channel business issues and make fact-based recommendations.
